ARRIVE & THRIVE PROGRAM TERMS

Program Description

Arrive & Thrive is a six-week educational and group coaching program designed to help participants prepare for and adjust to relocation from Africa to the United States. The program may include live group coaching sessions, educational materials, planning tools, worksheets, session recordings, community support, cultural-transition education, and first-90-days planning.

The program may address topics such as pre-arrival preparation, budgeting, banking basics, housing considerations, transportation, workplace communication, cultural adjustment, family responsibilities, community building, and practical planning for life in the United States.

Educational and Coaching Purposes Only

Arrive & Thrive provides general educational information, coaching, planning tools, and peer support. Participation does not create an attorney-client, financial adviser-client, therapist-client, recruiter-client, or similar professional relationship.

The program does not provide legal or immigration advice, tax or individualized financial advice, medical or mental-health treatment, housing or real-estate services, recruitment or employment-placement services, or individualized advice regarding visas or immigration status.

Participants should consult appropriately qualified professionals and official government sources when making decisions that require professional or individualized advice.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Participation in Arrive & Thrive does not guarantee employment, immigration approval, visa issuance, housing, income, financial results, successful relocation, workplace success, cultural adjustment, or any other particular outcome.

Individual circumstances and results vary. Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, applications, finances, arrangements, and actions.

Program Fee

The current program fee is $199, paid as a one-time payment at enrollment.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, enrollment provides access only to the program, materials, and services described at the time of purchase.

Live Sessions and Recordings

Arrive & Thrive includes six scheduled live group coaching sessions. Sessions may be recorded and made available to enrolled participants for educational purposes.

Participants who miss a live session may review an available recording. Missed sessions do not automatically entitle a participant to an individual replacement session.

Group Participation and Privacy

Because Arrive & Thrive is a group program, participants may hear personal experiences or information shared by other participants.

Participants agree to respect the privacy of other members and not intentionally record, reproduce, publish, distribute, screenshot, or publicly share another participant's personal information or contributions without permission.

Although participants are expected to respect confidentiality, absolute confidentiality within a group environment cannot be guaranteed.

Program Recordings

The program provider may record teaching portions of group sessions for enrolled participants. Participants will be informed when sessions are being recorded.

Participant privacy will be considered when recordings are distributed. Enrollment does not automatically grant permission for a participant's image, voice, testimonial, personal story, or identifying information to be used publicly for marketing purposes.

Any separate marketing use should be based on appropriate permission or consent.

Educational Materials and Intellectual Property

Arrive & Thrive workbooks, checklists, worksheets, videos, recordings, presentations, templates, and other program materials are provided for the enrolled participant's personal use.

Participants may not reproduce, resell, distribute, upload, publish, share access to, or commercially exploit program materials without prior written permission.

Community Access

If community access is included with enrollment, access may remain available for the period stated in the program offer. Community participation is subject to respectful conduct and applicable community guidelines.

The program provider reserves the right to restrict or remove access when necessary to protect participants, program integrity, or community safety, subject to applicable law and the broader Participant Terms & Agreement.

Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for verifying information that may change over time, including government requirements, immigration rules, banking requirements, licensing requirements, transportation requirements, housing requirements, taxes, and other laws or regulations.

Participants should use official sources and appropriately qualified professionals when making important legal, immigration, financial, tax, medical, employment, or housing decisions.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or enrolling in Arrive & Thrive, the participant acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review the Participant Terms & Agreement and Privacy Policy and agree to the terms applicable to the program.
