Who is Arrive & Thrive designed for?
The program is designed primarily for African professionals preparing to relocate to the United States or navigating their early months after arrival.
Is this an immigration program?
No. Arrive & Thrive is an educational and coaching program focused on practical relocation preparation, workplace communication, cultural adjustment and first-90-days planning. It does not provide immigration or legal advice.
Does the program help me find a job?
No. Arrive & Thrive does not provide recruitment or employment-placement services and does not guarantee employment.
What if I miss a live session?
Teaching sessions may be recorded and made available to enrolled participants. A missed group session does not automatically include an individual replacement session.
Do I need to already be in the United States?
No. The program is designed to be useful both before departure and during the early transition period after arrival.
How much does the program cost?
Enrollment is $199 as a one-time payment.
