I am a God-fearing Nigerian immigrant living in the US, married with two children. I have worked for many years as a registered nurse, both in Nigeria and here in the US.

During my years of service as a nurse, I noticed that my greatest challenge wasn’t clinical — it was a lack of confidence and poor communication skills. It made me dread socializing with people, and even dread going to work some days.

That changed when I started taking courses and listening to YouTube podcasts that helped me build confidence and learn effective communication. And while I was still on that journey of becoming a confident, well-spoken woman, I noticed something else: many women, across every demographic, were battling the very same thing.

Seeing how possible it was to go from a timid, poor communicator to a woman who is ready and bold to express her thoughts in any setting is what led me to found this company.
