NCLEX Accountability Package

Participant Terms & Agreement

Effective Date: 9th September, 2026

By purchasing, registering for, or participating in the NCLEX Accountability Package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

1. Program Description

The NCLEX Accountability Package is a four-week group educational and accountability program designed to help participants organize and monitor their NCLEX preparation.

The program may include:

  • Four weekly live group sessions of approximately 60 minutes each

  • Weekly study planning and accountability check-ins

  • A fillable NCLEX study tracker

  • Practice-question strategy and general study guidance

  • Weekly progress reviews

  • Access to a private WhatsApp accountability group

  • Brief accountability support between scheduled sessions

  • Limited access to available session replays

The program is designed for accountability, organization, study planning, and general educational support.

It is not a comprehensive NCLEX review course or private tutoring program.

2. Program Fee

The fee for the NCLEX Accountability Package is $79 USD for one four-week cohort.

Payment must be completed according to the payment instructions provided during registration.

The $79 fee applies only to the specific four-week cohort for which you register. Continued participation in future cohorts requires separate enrollment and payment unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Participant Responsibility

You understand that your NCLEX preparation and participation are your responsibility.

You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining and using your own NCLEX preparation materials or question bank

  • Completing your own study activities between group sessions

  • Setting realistic study goals

  • Completing your study tracker

  • Reviewing practice questions and rationales

  • Participating in accountability activities

  • Making your own decisions regarding NCLEX preparation and scheduling

  • Verifying current NCLEX eligibility and nursing licensure requirements with appropriate official organizations

Participation in the program does not transfer responsibility for your NCLEX preparation, performance, or examination outcome to the program facilitator.

4. Attendance and Missed Sessions

Participants are encouraged to attend all live sessions because active participation is an important part of the accountability process.

If you miss a live session, a replay of the teaching or planning portion may be provided when available.

Recordings and replays are not guaranteed.

Personal discussions, participant-specific conversations, or other portions of a meeting may be excluded from recordings to help protect participant privacy.

Missing a session does not automatically entitle a participant to a private replacement session, make-up session, credit, extension, or refund.

5. Group Participation and Conduct

This is a group program. Participants are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally.

Harassment, bullying, discriminatory conduct, threats, repeated disruption, inappropriate communication, or behavior that interferes with the safety or experience of other participants may result in removal from the program.

Participants must respect differences in background, education, experience, and stage of NCLEX preparation.

6. WhatsApp Accountability Group

The private WhatsApp group is intended for:

  • Brief accountability check-ins

  • Encouragement

  • Program reminders

  • General program-related communication

  • Appropriate group discussion related to NCLEX preparation

The WhatsApp group does not include unlimited individual coaching, private tutoring, continuous access to the facilitator, emergency support, or guaranteed immediate responses.

Participants should not use the group to share confidential patient information, protected health information, employer-confidential information, examination content, or other information they are not authorized to disclose.

7. Group Confidentiality and Privacy

Participants may hear or receive information shared by other members during live sessions or within the private group.

You agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not intentionally copy, record, screenshot, publish, distribute, or share another participant's personal information, comments, experiences, images, or discussions outside the group without that person's permission.

While participants are expected to respect confidentiality, absolute confidentiality in a group environment cannot be guaranteed because the facilitator cannot control the actions of every participant.

For this reason, participants should use discretion when deciding what personal information to share.

8. Recording of Sessions

Some portions of group sessions may be recorded for participant replay or program delivery purposes.

When sessions are recorded, reasonable efforts may be made to limit or exclude personal participant discussions where appropriate.

By participating in a session after being informed that recording is taking place, you acknowledge that your voice, name, image, or contributions could potentially be captured.

If you do not wish to appear in a recording, you should notify the facilitator and follow any instructions provided for participation.

Recordings provided to participants are for personal educational use only and may not be copied, sold, publicly posted, distributed, or shared with individuals who are not authorized participants.

9. Educational Purpose Only

The NCLEX Accountability Package provides general educational, organizational, and study-support information.

The program does not provide legal, immigration, financial, medical, employment, or professional licensing advice.

The facilitator does not act on behalf of a board of nursing, NCSBN, NCLEX administrator, credential evaluation organization, employer, recruiter, immigration authority, or government agency.

Participants should verify official requirements directly with the appropriate organizations.

10. No Guarantee of NCLEX Success

Participation in the NCLEX Accountability Package does not guarantee:

  • NCLEX eligibility

  • Examination readiness

  • A particular practice-question score

  • Passing the NCLEX

  • Nursing licensure

  • Employment

  • Visa or immigration approval

  • Salary or other professional outcomes

NCLEX outcomes depend on many individual factors, including preparation, knowledge, clinical judgment, study habits, examination performance, and other circumstances outside the facilitator's control.

11. NCLEX Content and Examination Integrity

The program is intended to support legitimate NCLEX preparation.

Participants must not share, request, reproduce, distribute, or discuss confidential or recalled NCLEX examination questions or other protected examination content.

Practice-question discussions should involve legitimate study materials that participants are permitted to use.

12. Program Materials and Intellectual Property

Study trackers, worksheets, planning tools, presentations, videos, recordings, written materials, templates, and other resources provided through the NCLEX Accountability Package are for the registered participant's personal educational use unless otherwise stated.

Participants may not reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, upload, teach from, commercially exploit, or provide program materials to others without prior written permission.

Purchase of the program does not transfer ownership of program materials or intellectual property to the participant.

13. Refunds, Transfers, and Cancellations

Because space is reserved for each participant in a limited four-week group cohort, all sales are final once the program begins.

If you decide not to participate after the program has started, miss sessions, fail to complete the program, or choose not to use the materials or WhatsApp group, you will not automatically be entitled to a refund.

Before the cohort begins, any refund or transfer request will be considered according to the cancellation policy communicated during registration.

If the facilitator must cancel the entire program and cannot reasonably reschedule or provide the purchased program, affected participants will be informed of the available options, which may include a transfer, credit, rescheduling, or refund as appropriate.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

14. Scheduling and Program Changes

Session dates, times, platforms, materials, or program details may occasionally need to change because of circumstances such as illness, emergencies, technology problems, or other reasonable operational needs.

When practical, participants will be notified of significant changes.

Reasonable changes to program delivery do not automatically constitute cancellation of the entire program.

15. Technology

Participants are responsible for having appropriate internet access, devices, software, and access to any third-party platforms required to participate.

The facilitator is not responsible for a participant's personal internet interruption, device malfunction, WhatsApp issue, Zoom issue, or other technology problem outside the facilitator's reasonable control.

16. Limitation of the Program

The NCLEX Accountability Package provides group accountability and general educational support. It does not include:

  • Comprehensive nursing-content instruction

  • Private NCLEX tutoring

  • Unlimited one-on-one communication

  • Individual analysis of every question-bank score

  • Daily individual study monitoring

  • Determination of NCLEX readiness

  • Determination of eligibility for nursing licensure

  • A guarantee of passing the NCLEX

Participants requiring individualized support may choose to obtain additional educational or professional services separately.

17. Voluntary Participation

Your participation is voluntary.

You are responsible for determining whether the program is appropriate for your educational needs and circumstances.

You may choose whether and how to implement general study strategies discussed during the program.

18. Agreement

By checking the agreement box and completing your registration or purchase, you confirm that:

  • You have read these Participant Terms & Agreement.

  • You understand that this is a four-week group accountability program.

  • You understand what is and is not included.

  • You understand the attendance, recording, confidentiality, and group participation expectations.

  • You understand the refund and cancellation provisions.

  • You understand that NCLEX success, eligibility, licensure, employment, and immigration outcomes are not guaranteed.

  • You agree to participate respectfully and take responsibility for your own NCLEX preparation.
