I understand the internationally educated nurse journey because I have lived it.
I practiced as a nurse in Nigeria and completed my own NCLEX journey while living in Nigeria before continuing my nursing career in the United States.
My goal isn't simply to tell you to study harder. It is to help you approach your preparation with greater structure, clinical thinking, consistency, and clarity.
What happens after the 8 weeks?
The Intensive has a clear finish line, but continued support is available if you still need it.
If your NCLEX examination is still ahead after completing the Intensive, you may choose to continue receiving structure and accountability through the NCLEX Accountability Program.
Continued participation is completely optional.

Who can join?
The NCLEX Intensive Group Coaching program is designed specifically for internationally educated nurses preparing for the NCLEX-RN.
When are the sessions?
Live coaching sessions are held weekly on Wednesdays for approximately 90 minutes. Exact cohort dates, times, and Zoom information will be provided to enrolled participants.
What if I miss a live session?
Sessions will be recorded so enrolled participants who miss a session can review the teaching.
Will we discuss NCLEX practice questions?
Yes. Practice-question discussion is an important part of the program. You'll work on strengthening the reasoning process used when approaching NCLEX-style questions.
Will NGN and clinical judgment be covered?
Yes. The program includes clinical-judgment strategies and discussion of Next Generation NCLEX-style questions.
Do I need my own question bank?
Yes. This program is a coaching, strategy, study-support, and educational service rather than a replacement for a commercial NCLEX question bank or comprehensive review course.
Does the program guarantee that I will pass NCLEX?
No. Participation does not guarantee an NCLEX result. Success depends on many factors, including preparation, knowledge, practice, and individual examination performance.
What is the refund policy?
Participants may request cancellation before the cohort begins. Once the first live coaching session has started, program fees are non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the Participant Terms Agreement.
Do I need to schedule an appointment after paying?
No. This is a group program, so you do not need to book an individual appointment through Acuity. Program and cohort instructions will be provided to enrolled participants.
