Why I Created This Course
I wish I had understood my options more clearly.
Before becoming a registered nurse in the United States, I worked as an internationally educated nurse in Nigeria. I spent years researching different countries and trying to understand which direction to take.
A friend eventually connected me with a U.S. nursing recruitment agency. I remain grateful for the guidance I received, but my experience also taught me that receiving help does not always mean you understand every option available to you.
I created The Licensing Roadmap to help African IENs approach the journey with better questions, stronger organization, and greater clarity.
